1. Return Policy
1.1 Eligibility for Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return items. To be eligible, products must be in their original, unused, and undamaged state, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Custom – made, personalized, or clearance items are generally non – returnable, unless there is a defect.
1.2 How to Initiate a Return

- If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label (if applicable). If not provided, you’re responsible for shipping the item back to our designated return address: 32 Sandy Lane Middleton Manchester England M24 2FU United Kingdom.
- Make sure to include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation in the return package.
1.3 Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 7 business days. If the item meets the return criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- The refund amount will cover the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error). Keep in mind that it may take an extra 7 business days for the refund to show up in your account, depending on your payment provider.
2. Exchange Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Exchanges
- Similar to returns, items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Exchanges are only possible for items that are in stock.
- You can request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2.2 How to Initiate an Exchange

- After we receive the original item and confirm its eligibility, we’ll ship out the replacement item to you at no additional cost (excluding any difference in product price for upgraded items).
3. Damaged or Defective Items

- We’ll either arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you right away or issue a full refund, based on your preference and item availability.
4. Exceptions
- During promotional periods or sales events, additional terms may apply to returns and exchanges. These will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
- Items that have been washed, worn, or altered are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
